Our college has students from all over the world. We have a special welfare team that takes care of these overseas students, guiding them at each step on what they can do, job prospects, expectations from employers, etc.
Holistic education is imparted to our students where they are encouraged to look beyond classroom theory and participate in group activities. Our college being the melting pot for various cultures, the students have a healthy inter-cultural relationship between them.
Our well-qualified staffs enlighten our students with their vast & varied experience. All our programs are so designed that our students can attain academic, personal and professional success, thereby providing them with a satisfying future. At Buckingham, we ensure that our students enjoy a hassle-free life at campus, both academically and otherwise. To facilitate this, we have on hand a team of experts to help them with any problems.
Our student support team was described as ‘outstanding' by independent inspectors, and they are available to advise on issues such as housing, finance, childcare, grants, benefits, and any personal problems or difficulties involving studies. The Student Support Officers can arrange for counselling or help from external agencies such as the local hospital, Citizen's Advice Bureau, Benefits Agency or from legal representatives. The Student Support Officers can be found in the Student Centres on both campuses and students are welcome to drop in for a chat, pick up some information or make an appointment for a confidential meeting. |
