If you are (or want to be!) a professional
Administrator in business, government, service
industries, education, a charity or any sector
of industry, you should consider the specially
designed IAM Certificate in Administrative
Management.
This qualification is designed to help you:
• Get a qualification to help you find a job
• Do your existing job better
• Gain additional knowledge and understanding
about your current role
• Apply your new skills at work
• Maximise your personal development and
equip you for promotion
• Progress to roles supervising and training
others
By choosing to follow this programme (recognised
as a Level 3 qualification within the UK
Government’s National Qualifications Framework),
you are showing your potential to look at your
own performance, find the best way to work with
your colleagues and take responsibility for
improving performance in the workplace around
you.
This qualification is aimed at people with some
experience of working in administration who want
to develop their professional skills. So if you
have twelve months work experience or more, you
can go straight on to this qualification. This
work-related qualification provides the link
between being a basic practitioner, and the next
skills level: after this, you might want to
become a supervisor, and then - if you decide to
follow the IAM’s Diploma and Advanced Diploma -
you can go on to become an Incorporated
Administrative Manager.
.
Programme Aim
The aim of the Certificate is to provide an in
depth introduction to the field of
Administrative Management and serve as a
precursor to moving on the
IAM Diploma and beyond.
